Power Tool Cleaning

This standard contains the requirements for power tool cleaning to remove loose detrimental foreign matter from steel substrates.

This standard was last revised in 2018. Although the cleanliness requirements for the prepared surface have not changed, the standard has been reorganized to conform to AMPP editorial requirements, references have been updated, and Section 8 (Notes) has been moved to an appendix.
