Will review the status of implementation of the EPA Hazardous Waste Generator Requirements, OSHA standards and enforcement actions. Will also discuss Regulations that could or have been Repealed, Replaced or Modified under Presidential Executive Order 13777 and changes to the EPA and OSHA.
