Ms. Silbert originally hails from Oregon. She received her undergraduate degree in Chemistry and Geochemistry at Bryn Mawr College in 2015. Currently, she is in her second year of graduate study at North Dakota State University’s Department of Coatings and Polymeric Materials. Her interests in the field include among others bio-derived coatings, smart coatings, adhesion and strength improvement, and marine coatings.
