This paper highlights new technology for two-component waterborne polyurethane coatings that rivals two-component solventborne coatings for use as maintenance topcoats. Problem issues known to two-component waterborne polyurethane coatings such as viscosity, sag resistance, potlife, foam stabilization and surface tension will be addressed.
