Abstract
The reporting, record keeping and transaction burdens associated with hazardous-waste generation pose unique problems for every regulated facility, depending on the wastes involved and the availability of dedicated compliance personnel and resources. This paper describes an Internet-based solution to hazardous-waste management, transportation and disposal that maximizes efficiency, cost-effectiveness and internal control over the waste-management process.
