During his 18-year tenure with North America’s largest paint manufacturer and retailer, Steve Revnew has used his training and education as a chemist as the foundation for a diverse professional career. He began at Sherwin-Williams with positions in research and development, and since then, has transitioned to the world of marketing and sales where he has held positions as a sales representative, store manager, sales manager and district manager.

Revnew’s background as a chemist adds to his ability to resolve critical customer concerns in his current position as Director of Marketing – Architectural Products, Residential Segments. As a Director of Marketing, he has spent several years developing his skills and reputation as the expert for all matters regarding homebuilders and homeowners – and the many markets in between. Revnew’s expertise also covers the environmental and technical aspects of coatings.

Revnew holds a bachelor’s degree in Polymer Chemistry & Coatings Technology from Eastern Michigan University and an MBA from Baldwin Wallace College. He is a member of the American Marketing Association and the Painting and Decorating Contractors Association, and has twice received the Sherwin-Williams Corporate Marketing Award of Achievement.
