Abstract
Producing quality work on time and within budget is the key to a profitable paint job. This presentation details a systematic approach for painting contractors on the key elements of profitability ― everything from managing labor and job cost to selecting quality products for better productivity is examined.
The goal is to inform contractors on how to measure and fine-tune their processes to improve their competitive edge. Objectives are to provide contractors with best practices and to educate them on how innovative coating technology makes jobs simpler, faster and more profitable.
