This annual paper summarizes environmental, health and safety issues that may impact SSPC members. This paper discusses current and expected EPA, OSHA, and state and local regulatory rulemaking, emphasis programs, enforcement initiatives, related SSPC standards and guides, or other similar topics.

The paper will include updates on COVID 19 and OSHA and EPA hazardous waste regulations.

Most of the information is taken directly from the respective agency’s published regulatory agenda, supplemented by anecdotal information gathered from various professional journals, seminars, and conferences.
