Abstract
Two fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) tanks were inspected after more than thirty years of continuous service exposed to hot chlorine dioxide filtrate in a pulp bleach plant. The corrosion liners were replaced, as were a few broken internals. Considering their thirty year age, the vessels were in excellent condition.
