Abstract
The paper describes two corrosion control technologies that were evaluated in the marine environment. Based on successful results, these technologies were recommended for protecting some shipboard systems from corrosion. A cost analysis has been made to estimate the life cycle cost savings realized by the application of the described corrosion prevention technologies into the fleet and in maintaining the systems corrosion-free.
