Abstract
All people, both mission critical and the general population, are potential targets of aggressors using chemical, biological, and radiological (CBR) agents. Because it is a vital consumable, potable water is the most significant of the utilities and the contamination or loss of it could potentially cause the greatest damage to human health or a major disruption to the lives of those dependent on it. CBR agent detection, identification, and elimination are of the utmost importance in securing the safety of our water supply, facilities, and ultimately, our personnel and their families.
