Abstract
The new NiCr20Fe14Mo11WN filler metal is characterized by exceptional resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion and shows excellent high temperature corrosion behavior in complex oxidizing, sulphidizing and chlorinating environments, e.g. municipal and hazardous waste incineration.
This paper will present data on the corrosion behavior of weld overlays of the new alloy 50 in comparison to alloy 625.
