Abstract
The success of this project was not based on the coatings applied or the degree of surface cleanliness achieved by the contractor. It was not even the containment of emissions and the fact the project was completed with little or no damage to the surrounding structures or disruption to the neighbors. The key to the success of this multi-million dollar project was the cooperative attitude displayed by the facility owner and contractor, and the valuable input, from project start to finish, by the material suppliers and industry experts. Without these key ingredients no amount of expertise, professionalism, or knowledge could have achieved the same end result.
