This paper presents an analytical approach to the design and installation of FRP piping and duct systems that can be used by piping designers and engineers to prevent premature failures. Design, installation, testing, and start up procedures will be presented that have proven to provide safe and long lasting service. Procedures offered will insure the most cost effective system based on operational requirements.
