Abstract
During periods of high Telluric activity it is difficult to collect meaningful pipe-to-soil potentials on pipelines that are located in the northern or southernmost latitudes. This paper presents a new survey technique for acquiring "Telluric-nulled" pipe-to-soil potential data on pipelines influenced by Telluric currents. Results of field trials on the Trans Alaska Pipeline System (TAPS) using this new survey technology are also presented.
