A constant deflection test has been developed to evaluate the IASCC susceptibility of irradiated stainless steel. This test can be used to supplement CERT (SSRT), constant load, and swelling mandrel tests which have been used in the past. Preliminary data showing the susceptibility of CP Type 304SS as a function of stress, strain, and fast neutron fluence (E > 1 MeV) are presented.
