Abstract
Reuse of secondary treated wastewater for industrial purposes is becoming increasingly popular. Some of its uses are as once-through cooling water, fire pond/emergency water, boiler feedwater makeup, and as cooling tower makeup. This paper will focus on its use as cooling tower makeup. Treatment programs to prevent corrosion and deposition and field results will be discussed.
