Abstract
The rate of regulation of the coatings industry will continue to escalate throughout the 90's, forcing a shift to new, more complex coatings technologies which will be applied by a more well trained work force. The end result will be reduced emissions, reduced waste and improved performance. The questions are: How and What Cost?
