Abstract
Prevention of hydrates buildup and corrosion in gas pipelines after hydrostatic testing is of increasing importance to the gas industry. This paper will outline a dry air method used in Denmark for drying of a gas pipeline. The psychrometric principles, drying method, and humidity measurements will be described.
