Abstract
Results of laboratory and field studies are presented and discussed for the Al-Zn-In-Si anode*, GALVALUM** III in recognized harsh marine environments. Users and designers have found the graphs and data summaries in earlier papers2,3,5 helpful in selection of performance criteria for this anode. This paper significantly updates and extends those summaries, many of which were not included in the earlier publications. Data herein indicate that the Al-Zn-In-Si anode shows predictable performance in hostile marine environments over a broad range of temperature and salinity values.
