Waterborne maintenance coatings have finally "come of age." Driven by air pollution regulations, coatings manufacturers and their suppliers have worked to develop waterborne coatings that satisfy the demanding performance requirements of maintenance coatings. These new coatings offer a viable alternative to solvent borne coatings plus the advantages only water can provide.
