Abstract
Abstract
Extended phosphate cooling water programs are traditionally controlled and monitored through the use of conventional off-line reagent tests. A new sensor has been developed which has the ability to determine polymer dispersant concentrations in an on-line mode. This paper will discuss the principles behind these measurements and their benefit to the control and recovery from upsets of extended phosphate programs.
