Abstract
Samples of protective metal finishes used in computer enclosures were exposed to the indoor environment at industrial sites for evaluation of corrosion resistance. Observed corrosion was compared with results of accelerated corrosion exposures in a flowing mixed gas chamber to determine how well the laboratory test simulates corrosion of such materials in the field.
