Corrosion potential measurements and polarization studies using Cathodic scan techniques were used in an attempt to characterize the quality of the epoxy coating on various reinforcing bar samples. Galvanic and stray currents were measured between epoxy coated bars with various quality coatings and between coated and uncoated bars in the same slab.
