As a producer of various sub-sieve size materials American Smelting and Refining Company (ASARCO), at both research and production levels, has been interested in methods to determine the particle size distribution of these materials in order to better define each product and as a possible method of production control. As new equipment or techniques become available, our research laboratory evaluates them.
