Historically, the stainless steels have established themselves as excellent corrosion resistant materials, and have been used with good performance in various water related applications such as: domestic hot water tanks, commercial hot water tanks, industrial water holding or storage tanks for the food, drug and brewing industries, domestic and commercial laundry equipment, domestic and commercial dishwashing equipment. These are just a few of the more familiar water handling applications for stainless steels.
