In September, 1973, NACE Group Committee T-8 established a task group, designated as T-8-11, for the purpose of surveying petroleum industry experience on corrosion of hydrocracker and hydrofiner effluent air coolers. To obtain the information needed for this survey, questionnaires were sent out to members of Group Committee T-8. The information obtained from these questionnaires is summarized in the following paragraphs.
