A successful water treatment program is a combination of several factors, each operating independently, and yet so dependent upon each other that a breakdown of one will, undoubtedly, result in a failure of the others. It is, therefore, the job of the Water Treatment Consultant and the user to be certain that each factor is well thought out and maintained.
