Abstract
In the following report the change of elongation, stress at break and other properties of various fluoropolymers exposed to high concentrations of pure solutions of chlorine dioxide (ClO2) at temperatures between 20 and 25°C are discussed. The coupons were tested in two groups, one group for 9 months and the other for 15.5 months. As expected, most of the fluoropolymers have shown only small changes of their properties.
