Digital integration of Corrosion and Chemical Management (CCM), Risk Based Inspection (RBI) and real-time process and corrosion monitoring are vital for the optimization of any Integrity Management System. “VERACITYTM” (referred hereafter as Software) has been developed to deliver this integration by linking RBI and CCM with real-time monitoring using COSASCO® wireless installations which provides a trend of the necessary corrosion and process data and correlation with other parameters. This article presents how the integrated CCM and RBI modules of the software along with wireless installations are exploited to enable proactive, live, cost effective, and safe integrity management system.
