Ultrasonic pipeline inspection robotics and integrity services provider NDT Global (Dublin, Ireland) announced the appointment of Richard Matthews as the company’s new president.
Matthews has more than 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, having most recently served in the position of operations director for PIMS of London (Newcastle Upon Tyne, United Kingdom).
According to the company, Matthews’ appointment supports its visionary product strategy and continued growth in developing service solutions to meet future industry needs.

Based at the company’s headquarters office, Matthews will be responsible for implementing the organization’s strategy and driving day-to-day company business. This includes the delivery of high-accuracy pipeline robotic solutions for the inspection of cracks, metal loss, and mechanical damage to industries such as oil, gas, and petrochemicals.
