Graco Inc. (NYSE:GGG), a world leader in fluid handling products and systems, announces that it will highlight its PR70 Benchtop Meter, Mix and Dispense System, Hydraulic Fixed Ratio (HFR) Metering System, and Fiber-Reinforced Plastic (FRP) Chop Systems at CAMX 2015. CAMX 2015 will take place October 26-29, 2015, at the Dallas Convention Center in Dallas, Texas. Graco experts will be on hand in Booth P110 at the expo to demonstrate the benefits of these innovative technologies.

The Graco PR70 fixed and variable ratio systems accurately meter, mix and dispense medium-to-low viscosity materials for potting, gasketing, sealing, encapsulation and syringe filling. All the features you need, in a compact, modular design. Available in several different system configurations, the PR70 series is capable of handling a wide range of material formulations with +/- 1% accuracy.
Also on display in booth P110 will be the versatile Graco HFR Metering System, which packs advanced technologies and precision dispensing into one compact, affordable system. The Graco HFR delivers high accuracy and repeatability, ensuring that the ideal ratio and volume is achieved with each dispense to reduce scrap and rework. While other systems in the polyurethane processing equipment marketplace are custom designed for specific applications, the Graco HFR Metering System is modular and configurable, and offers more technology for a lower capital investment than traditional custom RIM equipment.
Graco’s flexible and precise fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP) chop systems, also to be showcased at CAMX, are ideal for molded fiber-reinforced plastics such as those used in marine applications. Graco’s 13:1 chop system proportioner offers precise on-ratio dispensing, while the company’s RS chop gun allows for an easy transition from wet-out to chop. Given the importance of on-ratio dispensing to consistent final product curing, Graco’s precise FRP proportioner ensures the highest quality end products with minimal waste. In addition, no surge bottle is necessary and a low amount of solvent and resin is needed to prime the pump, so material costs are kept low. The Graco FRP systems RS chop gun offers additional benefits to end users, with increased safety and efficiency over competing technologies.
