Jack Tinnea, the longtime technical editor of Materials Performance (MP), is set to retire in April 2025 after more than 10 years of dedicated service to the publication.
His contributions to the magazine, as well as his leadership role on the Publications Committee, have been invaluable over the years. In addition to his work as MP’s technical editor, Tinnea has been an active member of AMPP (formerly NACE International), where he served as the chair of the Publications Committee beginning in 1995.
