The
NEW Allegro Nova 3® Blasting
Helmet respirator combines breakthrough protection technology with advanced
comfort and functionality. The Nova 3 ® design distributes the helmets weight
evenly across the head and shoulders for optimum comfort and ease of movement.
The Peel Offs Lens System is a unique “fit and save” system of pre-folded tabs
allowing the worker to quickly tear off one layer lens at a time.
Protection Offered With Comfort
The
improved Allegro Nova 2000™ Helmet is engineered to be the most advanced
Abrasive Blasting Helmet on the market, the Nova 2000 is made of U.V.
stabilized and abrasion-resistant high-density polyethylene. This tough
polyethylene helmet shell meets penetration requirements of ANSI Z89.1. This
super-tough helmet offers premium comfort with its lightweight foam padding,
hook & loop-mounted for easy removal and cleaning. The large double lens,
with optional tear-out lenses, allows for optimum vision without irritating
side glare, and the inner lens complies with ANSI Z87.1+ standards for impact
resistance.
So that workers may breathe easily while they work, and to cool the head and face, the air duct distribution diffuses breathing air evenly throughout the helmet, with the added benefit of preventing the viewing lens from fogging. A multi-layered sound-deadening foam makes this one of the quietest blasting helmets on the market. The Nova 2000 is NIOSH-approved, offered with a High Pressure Adjustable Flow Control Valve, Air Temperature Controller or Low Pressure Constant Flow Valve. Choose from the tough but lightweight nylon cape or the rugged and durable leather cape. The detachable inner cape provides a barrier to airborne contaminates and is made of soft, breathable fabric to allow air flow down the neck, while maintaining positive pressure.
The Nova 2000™ Helmet Low Pressure System comes complete with one-worker Nova 2000 Helmet, ¾ HP pump and 50’ of airline hose. The outer cape is secured by eight snaps sealed with an abrasion-resistant butadiene band, preventing abrasives from rebounding and entering the helmet.
Stand Against Harsh Environments
Available
for use with the Allegro Nova 2000, is the Airline Filter.
Designed to withstand the rugged environments of the Abrasive Blasting
Industry, this large capacity filter is made of impact- and corrosion-resistant
steel, and is equipped with an airline regulator and two outlets.
