Richard’s Paint has appointed Pati Lambert as Vice President, Human Resources and Office Manager effective May 21, 2021. In this role, she will be responsible for setting and enforcing, human resources policies, procedures, and best practices. Lambert will also be responsible for overseeing the general operations of the office.
For the last 36 years, she has held various management roles at Richard’s Paint, including Customer Service and Accounts Receivable Manager and Credit Manager, a role that she held for over 10 years. Since joining Richard’s Paint in 1985, Lambert has proven to be a loyal and valuable asset to the organization.
