Richard’s Paint has appointed Aaron Dhawan as Vice President - Operations effective May 21, 2021.
In this role, he will oversee all aspects of executive and technical operational management for the corporation.
Dhawan will also be responsible for purchasing and vendor negotiations.
Aaron joined Richard’s paint 3 years ago in the role of Director of Operations with direct responsibility over quality control, research and development, production, filling, maintenance, shipping, receiving, and purchasing.
Dhawan has 35 years of industry experience and has held roles in laboratory / technical, sales, and marketing as well as numerous roles in management throughout his career in the paint and coatings manufacturing industry.
